As updates on the impact of the coronavirus continue to be released, we want to take a moment to inform you of the heightened preventative measures we have put in place at Madison Comprehensive Treatment Centers to keep our patients, their families, and our employees safe. All efforts are guided by and in adherence to the recommendations distributed by the CDC.

In adherence to the social distancing recommendations provided by the CDC, we have implemented strict protocols at our clinic to ensure the safety of our patients and staff.

  • Patients who have active symptoms of illness or a fever of 100 degrees or higher must call ahead to arrange after-hours dosing.
  • The number of people allowed inside the building at any given time is restricted based on county, state, and federal guidelines.
  • The number of people waiting in line is restricted based on county, state, and federal guidelines, and those present must maintain a minimum distance of six feet from one another.
  • To maintain line restrictions, patients are asked to wait in their cars until direction is given.

For specific information regarding these changes and limitations, please contact us directly.

Please note that for the safety of our patients, their families, and our staff, on-site visitation is no longer allowed at Madison Comprehensive Treatment Centers.

  • This restriction has been implemented in compliance with updated corporate and state regulations to further reduce the risks associated with COVID-19.
  • Alternate methods of communication for other services may be offered when deemed clinically appropriate.

For specific information regarding these changes and limitations, please contact us directly.

At Madison Comprehensive Treatment Centers, we understand that there is often not one singular plan of action that is effective in treating every man and woman battling an addiction to heroin or prescription painkillers. Given this fact, we are proud to offer highly individualized treatment to each person who chooses to recover with us.

We will work closely with you or your loved one to determine both the most effective medication and the additional services that will elicit the most favorable treatment outcomes. We want to see each patient succeed in reaching each and every treatment goal and establishing skills that can solidify recovery that lasts a lifetime.

In lieu of our highly customized care, the cost for services at Madison Comprehensive Treatment Centers can be different from one patient to the next. Once it is determined which medication and services are most appropriate for a patient’s treatment plan, we can inform the individual of the charge for services rendered. We prefer to have open conversations about the price of treatment at our centers so that our patients’ focus can remain on recovery and not on the cost of care.

During a patient’s initial call regarding the need for services, our staff will inform him or her of the following details that are important to know regarding payment procedures at Madison Comprehensive Treatment Centers:

  • Acceptable forms of payment include cash or money orders.
  • Our centers do not accept phone payments or personal checks.

If you or your loved one would like to use insurance to pay for treatment, our staff can verify coverage and eligibility prior to the start of services. However, regardless of whether or not you wish to pay for treatment with insurance benefits, we do require patients to pay upfront for services. In order to be reimbursed for costs you accrue at our centers, we can provide you with an invoice that can be sent to your insurance company for reimbursement at a later time.

Should you or your loved one have any questions regarding the cost of and payment for services at Madison Comprehensive Treatment Centers, feel free to reach out to us today.
